advice on which air - con to buy
Would like to ask you guys opinion about air con. The following is a 1-to -1, i.e., 1 fancoil and 1 condenser :
1. Mitsubishi (made in Thailand) : $1327, very sellable because of Liang Zhi Qiang
2. Panasonic (made in Malaysia) : $1207 – this is the only brand that does not sell fancoil and condenser separately. In case there is a need to change either fancoil or condenser, must buy the whole set.
3. Sanyo (made in Thailand) : $1207 – aircon service company said they would not recommend this brand for 2-to-1, but 1-to-1 seemed okay
I do not need energy saving model (since I donÂ’t pay the electricity bill), and I always engage someone to do the servicing. Of course I would like one that gives fewest problems, repair could be expensive. Which is the best for me? -

You should buy Carrier. It's recommended by almost every store I went to. Cos they have 2 compressors unlike Daikin which only has one. So, save more electricity if you're only using one unit. Carrier also has some anti bacterial Nano technology, one of the Pioneers of air conditionning and nice design indoor units.
