2.4 just everyday after school just go run, with perserverance you will see improvement. Thats wad i did for this year because i always cannot get 5 points for 2.4, before NAPFA 2 weeks just run everyday until the day before then take a rest to prepare yourself for the next day.
SBJ also just practise and practise until when you jump forward you wont land on your 4 limbs. Because when you land and u use ur hands to stop it means that you didn utilise your forward force. Try to land with your 2 feet only. FOr me I just jump around 50~100 times per day 3 days before the test.
For shuttle run just practise your braking and turning around part, the sprinting portion make sure that your body is bent down to reduce air-resistance and so that your centre of balance is in front. Try not to fall down though.
Sit ups just keep doing and doing, time yourself at home everyday 1 week before the test, stretching just do a few times before you sleep.
Using this method, i was able to improve from a silver in sec 1 to 28 points in sec 2 and finally perfect score in sec 3. The important thing is just enduring through. Try to give yourself some motivation like can show off to girls after u get high score etc..lol
