How long/short is your longest/shortest job interview?

here's mine, i've been to 3 interviews lately and their duration are as follows
20mins, 40mins and 50mins
and no, i din get the jobs...
so how long/short is your longest/shortest job interview?
i heard of people job interview lasting up to 3 hrs!
does it mean the longer your interview, the higher your chances?? -

scholarship interview count a not?
1st round was around 20 mins. 10 mins of presentation on a topic (prepared beforehand) and then 10 mins of Q&A.
2nd round was also around 25++ mins. Just interview -
10 min.
I was applying a part time job. -
average of 1 hr.....success rate 80% so far

shortest ard 30 mins
longest ard 3 hrs in a day (3 parts - team work, written test, being selected and interviewed by 4 pple)
normally my interview stretch over many days cause have to be interviewed by 2 to 4 different pple -
shortest one half an hour ....
longest one ... 4 hours ...

6 Freaking hrs..split to 3hr..makan... 3hr....exhausted by 5 sia

part time job 10 mins interview counted then ok lo -

but we ended up talking about BBQs and travelling .... so it dragged on for a bit.... -
Applying for jobs. 3 interviews.
5 mins, 25 mins and 45 mins.
I got a job from that 45 mins interview. -
average of 45min - 1hr

care to say the type of jobs u guys apply for and hows the pay like? -
Shortest was 10 minutes - we started with a discussion of the role and it turned out to be nothing like whatthey advertised, so I said no thanks and called the interview to an end. The longest was an hour and a half - I got a parking fine for going overtime, but it was a good job.

wow, seems like the longer your interview the better your chances!
i went for another interview lately and that lasted about 45mins. the next day they called me and said i got the job but they are still working out the package to offer to me.
one week had passed already and they still havent called me. i get this feeling am i kana put aeroplane? sian man
then few days later i went for another one. this was a 2nd interview, and you think that if you made it to the 2nd interview you'd stand some chances rite? hell no man.
this guy just wanted to belittle you and look down on you and make you feel like a worthless crap. anyway it lasted for an hour but i dun think i have any chances coz i buang badly.
been pretty luckless in my hunt, perhaps my interpersonal skills are just not up to scratch. but hey man, i do prepare for my interviews..but.. haiz

I just had an interview with an MNC computing company in another city recently ....
the interviews lasted from 9.30 am till 1pm ... no breaks ....
first there was the standard issue background and personality questions,
then there was a technical quiz that was more like an exam .... with two booklets, one MCQ, another written .....
and then finally, there was a live programming test ! ... I was asked to solve problems like something out of a computing competition ...
it's machiam like they were interviewing for astronauts ... -

its so stressful even just to get in!
these companies come up with such elaborate schemes just for interviewing only. they must mark the quiz and grade the test.. so much work to screen a single candidate.
does it mean that their HR is very well-organised?
