Personally agree. The local girls here.. not as smart as some of you might think. They just dress well...occasionally. I have worked in a manufactoring enviroment where there's ton of girls from country the countries around sg.
I can say there's many of these girls who are equally pretty as well as highly intelligent and with very excellent attitudes.
It is a shame and unfortunate that they were not given the chance of a proper education and opportunities. -
