hmm i think this law is more likely to discourage gays from promoting themselves.
i mean, if they're doing whatever they're doing in their own bedrooms, its their business (because u cannot arrest what you don't know). but so long as they dun go around telling others, and risk themselves being exposed and arrested la.
if the govt removes this law, gays are free to fully express themselves and go around telling others they shag which guy, etc etc. and this will cause problems lor. -

i think its a retarded law. its anyone's freedom to lick or suck any other one's parts as long as the other party is willing. what exactly is wrong with lesbian or gay sex. the law is always odd.

Hmm.. I guess our PM has made it clear that. he wishes to obey the general sentiments of the populace (which is most folks are not ready to accept gays yet). I think it will take perhaps another 1-2 generations for the current old farks to pass away; and the newer generation may be receptive to gays bah.
For me; well.. professionally.. i have no problems working with homosexuals , ha in fact, our GM (a guy), he is a gay, and our CFO ( a lady), she is lesbian. But mind you, these are really talented people. And in one of the beer sessions, our GM shared that for gays if they know you are straight, they will not touch or bother you or even hit on you... So yeah.. in my perspective, give them a break. -
