Take cab lah... mrt, bus all public transport. As long as they are not hurting you in any way, there is nothing you can do about that... especially when it is only playing song.
As much as I hate people talking loudly in public places and transport, I do not have the right to ask them to keep quiet.![]()

I dun get it...there's such a thing as headfons...yet they still blast thier music...Originally posted by selfobliged:I dont know y some people like to blast their mp3 using loudspeaker in the MRT?
Is it because their earphones are not working, or they are trying to promote the song?
I suggest that those who like to do that to be cooperative. Some of the passengers in the MRT are tired, especially going home from work. They need peace and quiet. Also, not all of them like the song played, can be irritating sometimes.

agree with you. we do not have the right to stop people from doing what they like. So it is really everyone's social responsibility to be considerate. Imagine everyone of us does things which we feel like doing in the public, the whole society will be chaotic. So, please, can everyone of us be automatic. DON'T blast your music so loud that people around you can hear. Good for passengers and good for your own pair of ears. Let everyone lives in their own world and don't pollute the environment with noise.Originally posted by caleb_chiang:Peace and Quiet???
