Fierce husky

I was doing my warming up exercise at a void deck. A man holding a husky behind me. The husky looks hungry like want to attack me, the man pull it away. I don't understand why ppl like to keep husky in small confine HDB flat? Gov allow meh?

Don't look a husky in the eyes.
If they are tame and docile, ignore them.
If they are restless and agitated, keep away.
They are unpredictable, they can suddenly snap at you.

husky very friendly one leh, if theif break in your house it still make fren with them one. that's why it's not suitable to be a guard dog

husky is fierce/wild/playful by its natural instinct
it's only after years and years of interaction with human beings that they start to be more tamed and friendly. however, it's still not surprising to see fierce husky at times too. -
huskies look very fierce, but they are not in nature.
