I feel that it is unfair.

Today i was invited for an interview.
They offered $500 lesser than in the average market...besides that they require the candidate to have a car, and taking up a course required for the job and from they way they sound...the course's cost is beared by the candidate.
Will anyone want to work for them?
I am so sad today because i feel that they are quite unfair. -

Interview for job is also like buying thing mah ... offer and acceptance. If the offer you and you can or don't accept or you can counter offer. If they accept ok lor if not forget it... nothing to be sad.. but then hor ... a lot of these organisation chow kar one ... either they had bad experience or they just plain out to exploit one. Sometime it is the applicant lor, last time, my company employed a manager. He reported for work in the morning and realised he don't like the working environment. No commission for sales. Salary same as those engineer who will be working indoor. Sales has to go out and meet people...maintenance is definately higher. Did they not think about all these or simply bullies?
