Last time i go there overnight saw a few foreign workers sleeping on the bench there.
The whole night like only once a police car passby only.

changi would be a good idea...aircon comfort..and prolly 99% no like mad mans or weirdos..but..all lights will be on and it may get too cold towards early morning
