  lol i heard that the water content in the alcohol will "coat" your hand and not burn u while the alcohol burns off..

  y u wan burn ipa? anyway, wats the remaining 30%
  ipa normally used in liquid form to clean electronics.
  has a flash point of 65C. so dont heat it to hard or u will get a flash fire on urself.....

  well, 70 percent isopropyl has 70 percent C3 H8 O, and the other 30 percent is water lor.
