You will hear a China (so what's new) girl's voice on the other end and she will scare you like "You have a message from the high court or police"
To retrieve the message you have to press 9 or some other number....
What the real messages should be:
"If you accept the charges, please press 9"
If you press the number, your phone operator will bill you accordingly.
Note:
How can the courts or police be passing urgent and important messages like that?
How can the Singapore police or courts be speaking in Chinese.
Good thing most the maids in Singapore do not speak Chinese.
Remind them to hang up and not press any number and make sure you too do not or your old folks at home do not... -
