Asian Idol is coming soon and we get no news from Mediacorp?
I always watch RCTI(an indonesian channel) which i get from my house.....over there the people already feeling the hype......

My guess is the people likely to be top 3 is Malaysia, Phillippines and probably either Singapore or Indonesia.....

Voting Procedures
There are several differences in voting and tabulation between Asian Idol and other Idol shows. Unlike the latter wherein the viewers get to vote for one contestant, the voting procedure for Asian Idol requires viewers to vote for two favorite Idols, thus allowing contestants to receive votes from their respective countries.
As consideration on population size among the participating countries, tabulation of votes are done through an "Equal and Even Cumulative Method", wherein the total votes of each country are converted into percentages.Edited by Deino 03 Dec `07, 9:50AM

IMO Hady should have sang some George Michael or Bryan adams song...some popular poppy songs. Bottomline is..their song selection CMI sia....
Quite obvious to me that he's more of using his looks/charm to get votes
