how does it feel when you are the only one doing it and the rest are slacking and they get the same grade or even higher grade than you. -
teamwork v impt...
outside working oso same de.. sum pple work work work... but others got all the credit...
learn to deal wif them all u can now -
then is ur own bad luck loh....
it's a good chance to learn how to interact and work together with other ppl...
maybe from there u can oso find out how some ppl seems to be slacking all the time but can get higher score than u

I also don't like group work...my ideas will always get diluted by other team member's ideas (must have good team work, so also must add their ideas mah)...in the end you don't get as much satisfaction because the result isn't to your liking.
If solo work, I can do things the way I want to do them. -

i like grpwork.. and thankfully thruout my poly life, most of the time i am able to stick with the same group so we know each other roles very well..

no lah, last time in school, my grades for most subjects that require group work are pretty good and lots of people want to make use of me to do the group work so they can maximize their marks, but i reject them.
doing it alone gives you unlimited freedom and no need to see anyone's face colors.

scenario 1
1 year project.. 3 man a team. 1 person doing.. 2 person slack.. they come late and went home early. cannot proceed with the project. their excuses is work, very tired. end up their grade is same as mine.
my personal bad experience. although we are good friends but they take advantages of you.
anyone has any bad experiences to share? -
Depends, sometime solo work is better than group work, is all depend on your ability and duration given. If you are able to adjust them well, to a ration of 50-50, you will have no problem doing solo work.
But if your ability is not that good and duration to finish one project is so tight, unable to adjust them well, you will have problem doing solo work and which I reckon you to work in group than solo. -
in my time group work was form groups of 4 den meet up someday, spend first 30minutes working on things den next 5 hours chit-chat and talk c0rk and play game
last time i always cover ppl a$$, have to last minute pia al the things for them, see liao also sian
clean up backside long enough alr ppl expect u to do it liao lor! so !$#%!$#%!
so now i also laggg around and talk c0rk and give excuse until last minute, see who clean up all our backsides, den maybe last-minute go and help that person -
