where to find credible skateboards?

where can i go to see and purchase skateboards?
im talking about credible ones. like elements. world industries and bird house.
not the crap u see in carrefour or rsh. -
fareast got 2 or 3 shops...one of em is called sponge

i skated long ago when it was still despised by the authorities. havnt touched a board since and felt like it would be fun fooling around with a deck in my estate.
im a hawk fan so i wld love to have a bird house deck. seen some last time in jb but didnt buy cause hard to carry n dunno if they r genuine.
how much does a full set-up cost now? -
