So those who fail their N lvl , pls do not think , ur world already ends , and that u got no more future , let me tell u guys , this is just the beginning of the chapter of your life , your future will be bright if you work hard. good luck to u guys.

I think you should try on the o lvls if want to work in singapore. as quite a number of company still require u to have aleast a o lvl cert. cos got degree or phd but not o or n lvls is quite strange. Need the basic ah.

o.O maybe what ur teacher means is at least get a cert.. weather can go to sec 5 anot..... getting N level cert is nth... Btw.. if u reali want to prove her wrong.. u shall pass well let her see anot not now.. get private diploma and go around proving people wrong...
Overall u can save alot of trouble and most impt TIME and Money... if u do it the right way by going thru N level and follow by O level.. den diploma at Govt Poly not those Private it worth more.. furthermore why go thru so much jus to go back to the same issue of getting a diploma when u can get it the easy way? -.-

you think i gonna work in singapore? haha you are wrong man , what we study in private is quite the same as in poly. If private cert are of no use , then what for people open private school? and somemore , mine is sports management , only RP and ITE have those course, u seen any other sch that give sports mgt? and pls dun say nyp cos they are sports & wellness totally different. I saved a lot of time in private. Its a shorter route. whereas poly is more of a longer route. Yes their cert is more recognise. But in terms of maturality , private still have better advantage. We study hard for private , because it's expensive , that is one thing , SOME ppl in poly just take it for granted and don't study hard , and i mean SOME , so don't get the wrong idea about me saying ALL the poly students and start flaming me. MDIS cert is becoming more recognise now , although i am not from MDIS , but i seen private student earning big bucks , and much more money than those mainstream people. From what i see , more private school are developing and who knows? they might even outrun the mainstream schools like JCs and poly , It's just that mainstream got govt support , but not for private schools. and please , my school is endorse by singapore sports council and some other private sector. And some company recognise our cert. it doesn't matter whether you came from an express or normal class. It's how you fare after sec sch that matters the most. Your teacher was obviously not very mature to look down on you and your friends.
it's good enough that you have accomplished so much after graduating from sec sch and you seem to be doing well in your education, so good for you and keep up the good work. -
Thanks pokka , it seems that you understand a lot , apart from some people , who don't know anything and thinks that secondary school education is everything. ya if no choice of cos go to private school.. what i means is.. WHY spent soo much fuss to go to private school and time and money when u actually can do it via O lvl? get what i mean? if u can do it in future.. why not now? and why dun prove now rather than future? correct?

Sometime if you go far in life, you realise people who critiques and look down on you in the past are the one who give you the drive to improve and work hard in life.
As for studies, some people are just not born to study academic, everyone has their own expertise and skills in life, you ask Bill Gates play soccer or you ask Beckham design software you see what i mean.
Mostly students who do badly are not motivated enough, i realise alot of people grow up already end up studying better and farther academic wise cause got extra motivation like TS is a good example of this. -
tell your teacher, if he (or she) is really good he shouldn't be a teacher in the first place. in this age, teaching is the profession for people who can't find a job elsewhere.
