my bro is heading to peirce sec next year and i was wondering how it is in terms of environment...
anyone here got any opinions they are willing to share? -
If I am not wrong, its still using the old campus(1st used by Bowen, then used by Mayflower)??? It was 2 months ago I passed by there.
Okay, the school environment is 10 years ago type. Toilet I am not sure if Pierce bothered to renovate it, it should be those 1 metal plate on the wall and you pee on it, then flush!
Classroom windows going to spoil very soon, sometimes you might even take them out hehe.
Overall, the Hall there rocks as theres alot of fans, very cooling. -

its an ok school, but your bro will miss out on a few good teachers who will be gone by next year, loads of them cannot stand the new vice-principal and principal, the school is currently at a temp. location as there are renovations at the original site
your bro shd be able to enjoy the new facilities of the school in abt a 1-2 years time.
the school compound is very small though. -

social env...i cant say, since i dont bother myself with the sec1s and 2s, but there are lots of xdds and xmms and mats, like many of the surrounding schools.
most teachers are friendly though, but watch out for one called Mrs Poh Guat Ler, by her marking i barely passed my english prelims, plus she can be very guai lan
the principal is as good as monkey crap. can't do anything good. -
