  im nt very sure.. but for sure, i saw that ppl who brought in iphone and unlock the phone, are in trouble... this news quite some time ago already.. if i nt wrong is tt, apple will give them warning, if still carry on, they will sue them or wadsoever...

  grey market means not local-nokia endorsed product.
  
  the worse is no warranty only.
  
  if you want to have good customer service, you bear the warranty costs.

  No it is not illegal.
  
  It is only illegal if you sell export set having modified the phones that breaks other laws (ie. iPhone case)
  
  other wise, if you see export set, it is not illegal. but the official distributor might attempt to cut off your supply by informing your supplier that supplying you the fones to sell in Singapore is in breach of distributorship agreeement.
  
  You sell intending for export use is ok. It would be up to the buyer to use a non-IDA approved set in singapore.
