      He's just trolling for more hits on his site.

      I doubt an actual lawyer would draft a letter for him. He'll probably write one himself and claim that it's from a lawyer.

      Lawyer: "So Mr Lim, am I right in saying you want to sue 2 girls for making funny faces at you in a photo?"

      Steven Lim: "Yes. They hurt my feelings."

      Lawyer: "Mr Lim, I'm not sure where you come from, but on planet Earth, we generally cannot sue or threaten to sue just because someone made funny faces at us. Otherwise, everyone on the planet will be sued."

      Having said that, I'm pretty sure that it's illegal to threaten to sue without any intention of following through. So perhaps the two girls have a case against him.

      I've taken screenshots of his website in case such action is warranted. His site doesn't explicitly say he's going to sue them. It just mentions a sending a letter from a lawyer. That's nothing. If you want to, you can pay a lawyer to send a letter to your dog. However, I'm pretty sure that mummy11 is him so perhaps this thread can be evidence of his intent to sue.
