  Stock Lomotil pills and Buscopan pills at home. Ask the pharmacists. They control the sale of some medication but no doctor's prescription required.
  
  Lomotil for diarrhea(mild food poisoning) and Buscopan for stomach cramps(not the menstrual cramps ). There's a word for it - colic.
  
  Singaporeans' stomachs not strong.

  Yea.. My mum always stock pile Lomotil. And usually I am the one who help to 'clear' stock.
