this person X, who is a father.
1 - he sold his HDB flat n use the money for his own enjoyment.
2 - use his daughter name to sign up for multiple handphone contracts n fail to pay the bills.
3 - discourage his daughter to future her education
4 - steal from his wife n use the money for his own enjoyment
5 - refuse to work
6 - forcing his daughter to pay for the housing loan
7 - forcing his daughter to vacate her room so that he can rent the room out
8 - limit the electricity usage for the family
seriously, i had never seen such father b4, i would have kill the person if firearms r not prohibit in singapore. -

Unless his daughter agreed, I don't think he can go sign up the contract without her permission.

If he is the breadwinner, then he has the right to do so since he is the one paying. If not, I don't see any reason for him doing so. -
