Unless his daughter agreed, I don't think he can go sign up the contract without her permission.

If he is the breadwinner, then he has the right to do so since he is the one paying. If not, I don't see any reason for him doing so. -

i got one friend also say her parents until very jiat lat one leh.
what mother abuse her...father don't go work, expect her to be breadwinner all these...
but sometimes i also think she exaggerating. coz when i went to her house, her mother seemed quite nice. (although maybe the mother hiding her true colours la...i dunno)
