i dun think there is such a thing as a converter for normal but to inner-ear bud.....

no, i had seen it in sim lim one eyar ago but didnt buy...yesterday i went bacvk to sim lim cant find it anymore.Its DOES exist but now i duno where i can buy it , deino i think u misunderstood me.Its actually a silicon rubber, that works just like a normal earbud for a normal non in-ear earphone , Just that its middle is sprouted out, so when u wear it like normal, it reduces unwanted background noise and amplify music like a normal in-ear earpiece

Its actually just the earphone's bud covers that is made of silicon

Ya, wenyong got it ! Well, the reason why i dont want to buy one thats in-ear is becos i onyl want to use sennheisser's and sennheissers in-ear cost like $100+ which i dotn it worth it, so i was wondering where can i buy it, urgent!!! pls help me.Thanks !
