Why did I asked this weird question when I know that I gotten my IC at age 15. I heard someone got their IC during primary school!

I think at age 30, some people have to change their ICs to update the photographs, but you still have to pay the cost for replacing your IC. My sis just got hers changed recently. -
if i'm not wrong, the 85 batch was the last to get when they were 12.

It's probably those who're born in 1985 and after that get theirs only at 15. -
15 or 16 can't remember. Doesn't look like me in the photograph anymore.... Next time police check might have problems.
