Where to get a good ring?

Well, can anyone suggest where to get a ring for a girl? I'm thinking of a diamond one though it's kinda ex. I'm preparing this for my gf for valentine day.
My budget would be around 100-250. Can get anything good with this price range?
Anyway, I got goldheart membership card but goldheart are really ex.. I just want something that can meant a lot to her though. At least not so.. cheap...
I dont want fake or cheapskate ring though...
Any better suggestion? -
Try those pawn shop they also selling real diamond ring but price not sure *should be cheaper*
