I have been with this company for 2 months, in a male environment.
But i am okay with working with guys as my outside frns are mostly male.
All ok lah, used to the crude words and dirty jokes they say, guys mah
All quite ok lah, sometimes make fun of me as i am new but i take it easy
but got one guy he from my 1st day always scold me liao, not in fierce way but ..dunno how to describe, like always want to be very cool in front of me so always try 2 find my mistakes and if there are, will say i stoopid brainless in front of others.But is always in brotherly way scold.at first i juz laugh laugh loh.new person mah so muz try 2 maintain better human relations.
But today, during lunch , i dunno why i burst out.he was saying i brainless blah blah and i walked away angrily and went back office on my own.
No one mentioned this after lunch but i was so bad mood i took leave.
The job itself is ok, but dunno how 2 face them tomorrow.
That guy i know is not a bad person, juz that so many people but he only treat me that way!
should i resign...

should i resign...stay in the job if u have reasons, quit if not.
irritating guys are everywhere. and mayb u're the lesser gender in the company and that makes u more "special".
i would say the guy either think it's funny to keep insulting u or he's too used to it because u give in from the start and gave in for too long.
work wise, we always need to suck thumb and LL work cuz we're new. after the being new period, u need to stand up for yourself liao. it's the same for me though i'm a guy. its the same for anyone, everyone i believe.

After i went back office nobody talked 2 me, after awhile i went home le,no mood work,lost motivation.
BTW I lost my HP so anyway nobody can find me

help can be asked from other colleagues. he's just enjoying himself with bullying u. dun need give in. make him know wad is "bawu"

And if you heard him saying "cry cry loh", it's most likely that one of your other colleagues is concerned and asked him about you. Try imitating him lo. Treat everyone nice except him, then he will bendz his back towards you de. Remember to retaliate (verbally) the next time he picks fault on you, and throw in some vulgarities if necessary.
