Teachers at private school

I have a friend who used to work as teacher in a government secondary school. Whenever he gets into conflicts with students, the principal will always side him as he is on very good terms with the princiapl.
Recently, he resigned because he couldn't take the stress and he went to a private school to teach instead.
He got into a conflict with 1 of the student who complains that his teaching method is lousy.
In the pte school, the principal is the owner or you can say the boss of the school/company. When he received a complain by the teacher about the student and the student complain about the teacher, he chose to side the student as the student is the 1 paying school fees to the school.
The principal sack my friend who is the teacher
when he talk to the rest of the teachers, he was told that in a pte school, the boss will always side the students when there is a conflict as they are the 1 who is paying $ to the school.
Unlike in a govt sch, whereby everybody are employees most of the time the principal will side the teacher if there is disagreements between the teacher and the student -
depends on the principal lor.......
if get the reasonable one ok lah......if get the money minded one die sia......

that's why working for government is better cos its iron bowl. However now the iron bowl is mostly contract based so thy will not renew your contracts if your performance is poor.
I saw so many army regulars kena kicked out after their contracts expire sia. So funny when i go in, they are my regulars. Before i even ord, i already see them on the streets selling insurance. -

From what i know private school 6k a year vs gov sch $15 a month.
How to fight? -
This is so not true.
In my school, they dont really give a shit about dismissing the pupils...they can always get new ones -.-
Being rude to the teacher will almost automatically get the studets caned or dimissed. -

becos students WILL complain in every single class
they will say this and say that about the teacher
no matter how good the teacher is
nowadays students all think they are big cheese...
they will give all sorts of remarks whenever they like... -
even there is a best teaching method, it will still get negative comments.
