As above. Those martial arts tricking moves like aerial cartwheel, butterfly twist, 540 kick etc. I know its popular in US and there are schools/clubs that teach tricking moves but are there any in Singapore? And i am not talking about a normal wushu class. I am looking for a class that specifically teaches martial arts tricking

Hard to explain leh. Unless I can show you. My dominant leg is my right leg. So I stand with my right leg forward. When I get ready to lift off. I push hard with my left leg and swing it back wards. Whilst doing this, I'm pushing upwards with my right leg. The hand helps with gathering momentum for your upper body.

Were/are you from HCI? Nice 540. You should do a dismount from the rugby post. Did I see a butterfly twist in there somewhere? I still can't get my double leg/dupla down.

That sampler was filmed in 2005. I can do more than that now, just never had the time to release samplers anymore. My friend has one of the smoothest double legs ever, but he quit tricking. Have you tried "blocking" during your take-off and torquing your shoulders?
By the way, I was not from HCI; I lived in its boarding school for a while though.

I demand more samplers! I've tried it, I just can't jump high enough. Of course this guy doesn't have that problem.

Hi all, how long did u all take to master the aerial cartwheel. I have been practising for a month but is getting no where. I cant do splits and my leg power is still not very gd. Does one really nid flexibility and leg power to achieve a aerial cartwheel? I heard that if u cant do splits, then u have to swing your legs even harder. True?
Second thing is do u swing your back leg up first and then jump on your front leg or reverse the sequence or do both simultaneously?

Hey guys, my advice on aerial is,
- push off hard on the right leg (if you're going aerial to the right) and make sure you extend your pushing off leg fully (really point those feet)
- make sure you you don't dip down your head to the ground, aim up
- use your arms as well in the swinging of your body to go around
- do a video recording of every attempt so that you can monitor your progress and to compare with the normal aerials (spotting mistakes)
cheers
Here's a link to some of my crazy videos, compilations
