How come remote control car move by itself

I bought a remote control car and put it near open window of sitting room.
I left the car on the sofa. I left the remote control on the table near open window.
However, in midnight, as I went to toilet, I saw the car suddenly charge forward by itself and landed on the floor. It then went on to hit the wall. I quickly pick it up and put it in the box. Nobody touched the remote control at all. The remote control was still on the table near the open window.
Can any electronics engineer tell me how come the car can move by itself when nobody touched the remote control? Is it normal? -
im not an engineer, but i experience this, i tink is sth to do with the remote's frequency, if there are similar frequency, they would conflict

Her younger brother bought a soft toy that can laugh & speak when it is squeezed. Late one night, the soft toy started laughing by itself when no one is touching it.
After consulting their pastor, they decided to throw the soft toy away. -

if a soft toy only has stuffings inside and no electronics, and decide to talk and laugh, sure I'd call the arch-bishop.... electronic toys are like that, some circuits get crossed and things happen.... my toy trains (yup I have toy trains) come alive suddenly in the box because sometimes accidentally kena the on switch. -

But anyway back to the remote control car, most likely it's radio interference.
You should worry only if the battery is taken out of your radio controlled car and it leaps forward. Then you should ask the guy with the talking doll how to contact his pastor. -

Common case for me leh . the whole night so quiet , i just went to toilet and i hear pan lid falling off from the rack on top of the sink

I remember my auntie telling me that her son bought a soft toy from russia (very cute and fluffy teddy bear)..From the first night, a soft passive child's voice can be heard emanating from the toy. Each night, the voice gets louder and louder..At first it may sound gibberish and my auntie's family thought its just their imagination or some sounds from outside..Then, like a month later..the child's voice becomes very clear and very very audible albeit in Russian...
Then, this cousin who bought the soft toy asked his friend, who's a russian exchange student, to stay overnight and translate what "it" was saying..Found out that the toy was saying "Let me out..Do not let me die...Let me out" in russian
Immediately, my cousin's family freaked out and they flung the toy outside from their floor (12th i think) and they thought it was over...10 minutes later, my cousin's sister with her small son came home and that kid was holding the same toy...
Then, my auntie consulted a relative who's well versed in such occultism and immediately, dissected the soft toy...when the toy was torn apart..they found an intact black egg! the black is really black..not painted or burnt..then that relative of mine cracked the egg and found a foetus...

electrical stuff can go crazy sometimes .. maybe yr control car electrical board or some wire short ... nothing to worry about
that once my home phone spoil .. it will auto answer in the middle of the night using speaker mode .. than the phone will go sha sha as if like ghost movie
so i just get up and plug out the phone cable .. back to peaceful night -
