As most people would say here.. "Find your own style, don't simply follow trend"
Many things can be cheap but worn in such a way that it's actually good looking, depends on how you carry yourself. If your type of cheap is $10 per piece, go to Hang Ten.
If you're gonna dress like a fashionista but have a crap hairstyle, save yourself the trouble.
No such thing as looking good but cheap.
I have a friend spend $100 to rebond hair, but he doesn't bother styling it up, end of the day he still looks the same.

Originally posted by ghast.:x2, that place really not bad, but you will realise a lot of shops sell ard the same type of clothes, not really much of a choice.
Actually I find that most of the shops there are starting to get lame and boring because they have their brand name on the apparel itself, makes you look like a walking advertisement.
I get mine from the auntie on the 2nd lvl of bugis street though her selection quite limited.
I go to topman for plain tees and some graphics tee, its normally just a few dollars more plus i have member's card so thats 10%
Fareast also has alot of shops but the the stuffs are overpriced, for example shops like Spin B. Options has a good selection of vests but too expensive.
