  I know must make a trip to ICA building but I don't know the rest of the procedure. need to bring my police report and a photo right? I lost my mum's IC too cos I used hers to borrow books
  
  and I saw from their net that it will take 1 month to process before I could get the IC?..I'm entering NS on April and I'm worried I wouldn't get my IC before it

  the queue ticket is collected at the 3rd floor or 2nd floor?..cos I remember I collected my queue ticket at the 2nd floor..and the phototaking station is still there right?

  no need police report actually..

  are you serving NS? if you are enlisting soon .. teach you the cheap way.

  
  after you enlist or enlisting, report police and tell police long sad story, serving NS, no or low pay, ask if can tell them to recommend the waiver.

  the fine quite ex though. i think make polic report better in case someone use ur ic for illegal purpose. at least u got polic report to defend  urself though

  Yeah. Just make str8 at ICA laa....

  Then they will give you a piece of paper. That will be your IC for the next weeks.....
