Well, this is not a spooky thread to start with...

My foreign friend who came to SG to study was evicted recently last month cos the contact ended and the owner had rented the unit to another person so she need to find a place to stay in a short period of time.
Then she got hold of a room in a condo through her friend's help and decided to go for it even though she had not seen the unit personally and due to the word "Condo", she guess the unit wouldn't be that bad.
And on the day she moved in...
She saw...
The place was generally a garbage place with rubbish everywhere!
Maggots in the fridge, sink moulding and the floor was like "black"...
She described in a way that she would rather live in a rubbish chute than that place.
What saddened me is that she also say that everynight the chihuahua that the tenants there was beaten up everynight and you can hear the cries from it and even maybe the cracking of bones.
Anyway, the chihuahua survived by eating bananas because it is the only food that the now toothless chihuahua can eat.
I wanted to report the matter to SPCA but dunno whether how real is the story thus did not do that.
So, I am seeking help from you guys...
The place address: 64 Waterloo apartment #05-01, S187959.
Anyone stay there can go take a look. I heard that the front door was left open all the time as they lost the keys. Just imagine it was your apartment and you rented it to these bunch of PRC who came to study but yet... play mahjong whole day long and seldom attend lessons...

That is what I heard... Anyone can confirm?

my friend cannot stand the living environment and moved out within 3 days when she found another place to shift to.
Apparantly these bunch of people staying in the place like waiting for the others to clear the place and no one gives in and thus the living environment where you can see moulds, maggots, rubbish everywhere.Edited by caleb_chiang 02 Feb `08, 10:02PM
