Well, on 30th Jan 2008, the police published in the Straits Times Home Section a series of pictures of this man who is suspected of allegedly molesting young girls in the tampines and Pasir Ris area.
In case you folks have no time to read the papers, here is the picture posted on Straits Time.

these kinds of activities could only be approved by the government i think, unless one night they partol like with 5 or less people.....
if give them wear uniforms with police logo, they sure think it'll look cool wan.....
then maybe the community can supply the bikes for patrol......liddat become free bikes for exercise........
but then again the question will come back to us whether we actually need such an activity whereas the police is around like 24/7....

that was last time.. now i not sure.. and look, if ppl are doing the night watch, aren't we helping the cops lessen their work? we can't let the cops eat snake one u know
