Rock Fever arcade

You know when you all visit arcade then got this game machine called "Rock Fever"? Its like you see whatever appears on the screen and then you press the correct button accordingly. (Something like guitar hero also).
Just want to ask how some people can play the extreme super fast siao mode! I mean I see the thing all the screen machiam run at 1000km/s and yet those people can still catch up with the rhythm. Amazing sia haha. Anyone knows the secret to this?
Or is really skillded?

no lah i not interested in arcade de. just that sometimes walk past then go in look see look see and spot people playing the rock fever at insanely high speeds... quite amazing also ahha
