If you are not going for the generic path - go JC/Poly then to Uni - and don't want to waste too many years by backtracking, move on directly to institutions.
Nowadays, they have foundation programs that assist you in meeting basic course requirements. All you need to do to ask their academic advisors then consider your options.

Hey i used to be in BMC for 2 years.. A few questions u need to ask urself
You really want to study?
Can cope without any 1 pushing you?
Can you still hold your cool with 80 percent of ur classmates fooling around instead of studying?
BMC, unless you very determined, is as good as nothing. The teachers dont push you, and your classmates tempts you to do stupid things play around even more.
If you retaking, i strongly suggest getting a private tutor on your weaker subjects, NOT MATHS ONLY, and chiong.
