  If you were approached by a horribly mannered person, with absolute intention of picking a fight with you.
  
  -If given the choice-
  
  Would you?
  
  1. Pick up the fight.

  Well, i hope you know that there is arrestable assaults and non-arrestable assaults cases.

   

  For Arrestable offences, Unless you are griveously attacked, like. losing a eye, or maimed in the limbs, or beaten into life-threatening situations, only then will the police come in and arrest your attacker.

   

  So, in most cases, such street brawls usually led to non fatal hits and punches to the face. This is non-arrestable. Meaning the police will simply come,, break up the fight, but arrests nobody. The victim can only file a magistrate complaint and fie civil charges.

   

  So i say, if u want to engage, make sure, you are absolutely sure you can defeat him. Otherwise, You would probably be whopped but because the attack is non lethal, the police cannot arrest him.

  if he were to assault me first then i'd have to counter attack......

  the best way to make him paralyse is to kick his nuts.......or puch his nose...that one he sure back off wan....unless he is superman got nuts of steel

  walau this sucks man...liddat you can kick somebody and not get caught......wtf.....isn't the intention to hurt someone there?

  wtf is wrong with the law? its really true that the police is only there for show then......i'm begging to have that stereotype picture of a fatslob police eating doughnut and laughing away at a man who kena mobbed by a senior citizen.....

  Singapore dont have fatslob donut eating policemen but you are right about the part where they are only there for show.They should arrest brawling people for rioting and not arrest people for those silent street protests.

  i can't believe like there is no news wotsoever of them catching loansharks and stuff who vandalise people house and all.....

  i mean come on man...i tot spore police was efficient?

  skali the loansharks are actually operated by them sia.......

  last time when my unlce was living at our place, our gate always kena vandalise by the loanshark.....

  then one day my mom go and camp beside our gate.....when the loanshark threw coffee at our gate, she threw a block of wood at him.....that served him right.....

  If he is rushing at you, I would suggest that you start fighting. If it's just taunting or behaving aggressively, chill and move away.

  better to size up by estimating your opponents weight if you are a good fighter it is safe to take on anyone who is not more than 10kg heavier......I just realise this,WTF am I givng street fight advice to a pussy for?
