translation in tamil and malay

    • hi all,

      really need some help.

      the english word "Welcome" when translated to Tamil and Malay language is what ar?

      need this for my office clients.

      welcome is selamat datang. no doubt about it.

       

      just wondering if u have received any formal malay language education.

      He asked for malay and tamil only.. and that phrase is dependent on where you are entering.

      I think in Malay if someone say "terima kasih" to you, they would reply "sama sama".

      Direct translation......

      Sama sama=Same same....

      Normally i would just say terima kasih instead of sama sama......

    • O yokoso is welcome and Irasshaimase is usually for greeting customers.When someone says 'Terima kasih' (Arigatou) you should say Sama Sama (Doitashimashite)shade.png
