I always believe that jogging can cure plenty of illness and other things besides.
Sometime read or hear of people with some sickness or some tiredness and always tended to say the same old line..go and jog.
What do you think, will it put alot of ummp into live and work and bring more happiness all round?
I know that it creats pain killers , it does a lot of good.
What do others think?

Jogging to lose weight is a big Nono, but it's good for training endurance.
Well, jogging is a form of physical exercise. To a certain extent, it does helps relief stress.

Always feel better after a jog. It helps for me.
What would be your aim or goal of jogging?
jogging not nice sweaty. run gym treadmill better got aircon. or swim best but only in evening when no sun.

don agree! i like jogging very much and feel fresh after a cold bath
jog in the swimming pool. all the benefit + no stress on legs, no sweat. i think you willl need specoal equip

It is not the jogging which helps. It is the cardiovascular exercise of which jogging/running is one form. Other forms include swimming, cycling etc.
I believe that having sex will be the best way to cure illness

i would think it has got more to do with the good exercise can do to you rather than destroying your leg muscles..

wut? Jogging to lose weight is a big yes yes. There aren't many exercize that's as quick, simple and low cost to lose weight as jogging.
