i will listen to sad songs and maybe explore ulu ulu places like changi village?..or maybe take a long bus ride while listening to to sad songs..hp will be on but i will ignore any calls or sms...yup..
i will hide in a corner. any small dark empty corner. just give me one of those and i'll be happy[er] already. sometimes writing helps. sometimes mi listen to moozik. sometimes i take long walks in empty streets [and hope i dont get murdered/robbed]. long baths/just standing under the running water helps, but pisses my mom off big time. sometimes reading works. sometimes i just watch a moovee. sometimes i go to sleep. when i had coloured markers/paints/etc i would use them and make some random stuff on paper.
some pple like to call up their friends and talk and cry and scream and whatever for hours.
eating works. but erm.....it's not a gd idea.

it IS what i actually do when im feeling blue. haha
just gotta experiment and try and see what works for u when u r feeling a certain type of 'upset'...or sometimes u just know that all you need is a nice long cry or a nice long walk or maybe you just need to break something....

i once turned off all the lights in the washroom, locked myself in, sat on the floor against the door and cried for about a good half and hour.

Only works in extreme situation I'd rather not revisit. hehe... Being alone when you're sad and emo, imho, only escalates hollow thoughts and that feeling of emptiness.
I find it most soothing having a friend around to listen to my whining. Or watching a hopeful comedy like Little Miss Sunshine or the diving bell and the butterfly. Showers are therapeutic as well.
i blog on my emo blog. then i will think of this person who always has a smile on her face.
I keep a diary, where I can trash in all out in writing ![]()
play with my dog unless it also emoing..
