If given a choice, which would you get? A IPOD Touch 8gb or a 40gb ps3?

you'll be surprised at the age range of ps3 fan base...any true music enthusiats would tell you ipod touch sound quality sucks... xD

ipod touch doesnt come large memory, you pay more just for all that touch features. if you want an ipod you might as well go for the classic ones.

ps3 is playstation3? buy a ps3 + any mp3 players you see on the street. ipod not really compatiable with windows pc. Unless you have an apple pc, dont ever buy ipod.
If I want an mp3 player i wont touch apple.. rather get a samsung p2..
Might get a ps3 if blu-ray discs can be pirated
