Will SG build a startrek by 2030!

Space is the final frontier and everyone seems to be going for it, even our neighbour malaysia sent their astronaut to space. With SG wealth and technology, why not build a startrek and make it a reality ! SG can be a leading player in space technology with US and PRC assistance Call it ST explorer and launch it at tekong!

Our lack of land means we need to find new ways of leveraging our resources, who knows a colony called Temasek 2 will be founded
by our new leaders....

hehhe that good one....who knows what our future leader have in store for us,,,after the 2 casinos..a spaceship is not too far off considering Richard branson already doing a spaceflight program for civilians

Singapore would only look into things that would make em money.....
just leave everything to the US....once space colonisation gets cheap and affordable to the counrty, then they will think of it

Space flight tourism, offshore planet mining etc..this are not only moneymakers but also getting resources for our plant

We will build according to international standards and specifications, that means others will build first. Most probably we'll build after Malaysia does so. Thats because Malaysia takes 6 months to decide on mega projects. Singapore will take 2 years to deliberate on it, and another 6 years of study, and then only will the project be commissioned.

By 2012 commercial space tourism will be brought into asia. and by 2030 you can surely bet space flights will be an everyday thing! but not those star war kind with laser and all.
