feelin down - sleep?
destress - with the right kakis, go club and dance my ass off.... can really forget every unhappy stuffsshout at the top of the voice (haha.. i just gather all of my strength and shout lor.. can be used when im in happy mood too)
play music.. from edm to new age to flamenco.. u just feel like standin up and move ur body
cyclin.. especially night hours.. very relaxin
and some gamin like GTA

1) try eating nice food like buffet or indulge in ice cream and food stuff u like. go buy a pint of haaegen daz or ben & jerry's perhaps and enjoy~ yum yum!
2) go ktv with a groups of friends and choose songs that will make you high~ and feel good.
3) go engage in sports la.. feel good after some sweating. can try playing badminton, bowling, ping pong etc.. activities vary according to preference and liking
4) go to a nice place to chill out. can be pubs or cafe. for cafe u can try settlers. sure wil feel good after a few rounds of board games. greatly reccomend settlers' cafe. i have been there and i feel its a fantastic place. cant possibly feel moody over there when everyone is laughging like mad.
5) listen to happy-mood kind of music and not those sappy love songs.
6) go indulge in spa treatment if u can afford or if its within your budget.
7) watch cartoons or anime la. those very funny and lame ones. reccomend tom & jerry if u can manage to find.
8) watch a nice movie. those enjoyable kind like cartoon movies or comedies. watch shows similar to 'alvin and the chipmunks', 'shrek2', 'ratatouille' etc and u will feel good~

beach...i work near the beach.....see it until sian......
most of the time my mind makes me think think and think which makes me more depressed though sometimes i get the answers, i'd still end up with a few questions......i try to stay away from thinking......
hmmm....if stress and no mood also i won't play games......i'd favor going somewhere i can breathe.....or maybe go to my workplace and chill there.....
