If I don't sleep enough... yes. But a nap cures it. After that, I will work all the way till 7 or 8 am before I take my beauty sleep.

tired=no energy.......
last time i always feel tired but each time after eating chocolate bars, i dun feel that tired.......
sometimes i hungry also i eat chocolate bars....then even if i'm hungry, i'd still have energy to do stuff.......
