if ur injured, why are you still running?
i wont carry on running if i injured my leg.
were you thinking that people will praise or sympathize you for completing the run even when you were injured?
its best to seek immediate medical attention otherwise it might just get worse
The legs is yours, why should you bother about other comments, if yr legs is injure and you keep running, are they going to bare the pain for you??
were you in a team? if not...heck care lar....run one legged lor ....they always do it in the movies...ending veri dramatic ones...all stand up and clap...veri emotional ![]()
If not team event, then give up and seek medical attention.
If team event, it's your duty to inform your team mate of your current condition.
Because they will be the one who will help you complete the event.
Doesn't win this competition nvm, can always train for another 6months and join another event.
No point forcing yourself and injure yourself further till you can't run anymore.
Worse if u didn't even win in the end.

if you are injured in a marathon and keep running, i would think you need to eat fish...

Injure is part and parcel of doing extra long distance event. Nobody are devoid of injure, whether you are fast or slow. The different is some get more of their share than other.
speed is relative. Slow or fast depend on individual.
Why bother about what other say? U know ur reason to run at that pace, no matter fast or slow.
train more, helps the muscle stretch and tear, making it more resistance to injury next time.
