Saw today's NEWPAPER? Students are able to purchase M18 VCDs & DVDs when they are below the age. Actually, sometimes ago, there was one about students below 18 checking into Hotels. It's super common now. But I really don't agree to that.
and somehow life goes on.... duhz
as the saying goes..
"do watever you want but don't get caught"
The girl that the newpaper got to test out the results said : "I found it a bit disappointing that they were all so willing to let me buy the VCDs. And I was happy that I was stopped at Blue Max." I bet she won't think so if she one day craves for a restricted show.

SINGAPORE: A new two—rating classification system for video games will be launched end of the month, the Board of Film Censors (BFC) under the Media Development Authority (MDA) announced on Monday.
The new video games ratings are "Mature 18 (M18)" for games that are suitable for those who are 18 and above, and "Age Advisory" for games that are appropriate for persons who are 16 and above.
With effect from 28 April, retailers will need to conduct age checks at the point of sale for games that are labelled M18, a restricted category.
Games with content which contains moderate level of violence, portrayal of implied sexual activity, nudity without details, coarse language and depiction of illegal drug use may be required to carry an Age Advisory label.
MDA said retailers should exercise responsibility by not selling Age Advisory—labelled games to those below 16.
Games that do not fall into the two categories but are approved for general consumption are not required to carry any rating stickers. — CNA/ac
