I release anger by leaving the scene to prevent unwanted impulsive behavior. I'll grab a drink or something, find a close friend and call to talk about it.
I usually find my anger disappears like magic. It has to do with an individual's personality and traits.
I always hope i could punch or do something physical to that person, but will end up swallowing my anger. I somehow feel humiliated like this though...
Go play soccer with my buddies. If buddies not around, i just go do something else to forget everythings

same here lol
sometimes i'd forget that im still in the 'angry mode' then i go talk to that person without realisin
then i suddenly rem bout it and i will shout out 'wait.... i am suppose to be angry! why am i talkin to you now?'
perhaps the anger is longed gone and i do not know
usually i will niam niam niam then i will let it pass.
i remember i hated this guy so much... that i actually dreamed punching his face.. and my gf woke up n saw me punching the pillow. lol! It felt so real.. and sooo goooood...
but thank god i did attack those sleeping beside me. hahaha!
