Depend, if your TV is LCD, you dun hv to wear spec, just hold it up like a book and watch it.
But if your TV is those old bulky type, u go buy a mirror of the same inches or perhap bigger, while you lie down, you hold the mirror up to see the reflection of the TV ya.
And for safety sake, dun fall asleep, cos the mirror or the LCD may broke into your head.
