I'm offered a job I'm not keen on. But since the bosses are keen to have me on the company, they let me try the job for a month to see if I like it.
Problem: If I have interviews for other jobs throughout the week, how to go for them? What do I tell my current bosses??

Probably you are still in probation. You guage your own market value in the employment market and you will make a better decision. If you dont really know what you want , then treasure your present job.
Also , no harm going for a few more interviews that looks more promising than this current one. Try to squeeze a few interviews in a day , like that take one day leave can liao. Otherwise , take half day leave lor. If you dont go too much , the bosses will more or less close on eye. At the end of the day , what is important is to feed yourself and your family.

thats why there are probation period. tell your boss truthfully that you are not keen on your current jobscope and check if there are any other positions in the company. if you really want to go for interviews at other company, just take no pay leave.
no need to take MC as you dont really qualify for MC claim yet if you are still in your 1st mth. Just take no pay leave.
the thing is.....if we got steady job which we have hold for 2 years, how to find excuses to go job interview?
i see people like switch jobs very easy leh.....they hand in letter today and already got job in other company, and yet i don't see them taking any leave to go to interviews!!!!

sometimes interviews can be after office hours, during weekends, or recommendation via friends.. so speeds up the process..
:D thats why some people suddenly got special strike, when you still wondering about it.. :P
