lousy customer service

  I had a very bad experience with citispa today. lousy customer service. They do not follow promotions that are printed on today newspaper (8 May 08) and and lied through their teeth to cover mistakes. Their so call person-in-charge (kelvin) could not even speak proper english. Dun bother to go for their services, especially at bukit panjang and hougang.
