    • As above.

How many of you out here would actually use gender neutral pronouns to describe yourself or someone that you don' t know. Ze (or Sie) for He/She, and Hir for Him/Her, or other varients.

Would any of you prefer to degender society for the better by the use of these words? Rather to see people for people than for their gender.

    • its meant to see people for people... not to treat them as some 3rd gender...

thats the point of this question. degendering others to see them for who they are as in character and personality. dump the gender.

    • No.... this is older english

Originally english had gender neutral terms, then over time they removed them...

Just wanting to know if you guys would ever use them for more civil purposes (to avoid gendering ppl). Too many things in society are gendered anyway; best to keep a neutral stance.

    • it plays a hand in gender politics and gender victimisation.

I'm more with the case that "there are as many genders as there are people", and gendering people discriminates against them in a number of senses.
