HI, I'm looking for rogaine or any shampoo similar to it, just anything that contains minoxidil do you guys know where i can get this stuff? Do i need doctor's subscriptipon to get my hands on this? Thanks in advance

Thanks for your help. I'm only looking for shampoos that contain minoxidil. Is it possible to get ths stuff wihout seeing a doctor? And where do I find it?

haven't heard of minoxidil shampoo, but you can try regaine ....
no doc's prescription needed ... it's about 90 to 100 bucks a pop, 2 or 5 % ...

i proposed the Pregaine shampoo because sometimes without the minoxidil, the scalp responds to better care.. which this shampoo provides..
btw, Pregaine is made by the guys who make Regaine.. supposed to enhance the effectiveness of Regaine...
i use Pregaine because it really cleans my hair while other shampoos cause the hair to be either dry as tinder or an oily mess... also, i seem to have lost a lot less hair after using it...

for regaine you can get it at any pharmacy ... no prescription needed, but it's still controlled .... there's a poison sticker on the box, just so you know what you're rubbing onto your head ...

Don't think there's a shampoo that contains minoxodil. Usually minoxodil comes in topical lotions to be applied directly on the scalp. You can find various brands of minoxodil products at any pharmacy (ask the pharmacist)

A dermatologist is also a trichologist.
A trichologist may not have studied medicine.
